I cannot thank & commend Jasmine Salise enough for her absolute professionalism in helping me work through pros & cons of my options last sat at the Toh Tuck outlet, even taking me to view a few units so I can make the right decision. Her patience, understanding and communication skills/customer interaction in handling 2 customers at the same time on that day, did not go unnoticed.

Jasmine is such a gem to the company which has also done well overall in executing excellent customer service proposition from start to finish. Behind the scene with no F2F contact from the time a call is made to their customer service center and the appointment or the call back from their respective outlets.

Sean (ex-employee) was super impressive, he has gd knowledge of the facility and is very detailed when explaining the terms and conditions. I trust his recommendations and was able to get a good size storage for my items.

After he left, Jasmin assisted me a few times for my storage rental renewal as well as termination process. Although I have only dealt with her a few times, she leaves me with also a very memorable experience as she is professional, insightful and efficient. I think these are great talents that the company may wish to recruit/retain, definitely would help with a smooth and remarkable customer service experience.
